Apartment “Oberdeck”
The apartment on the upper floor extends over two levels and has a floor space of approx. 80 m². It is a wonderful holiday domicile for 2 adults, possibly with one or two school-age children.
Lovingly selected furniture in country house style, pictures and other attractive living accessories give this apartment a special and sophisticated charm. Terracotta-tiles and underfloor heating provide a pleasant living climate in an inspiring ambience.
This apartment offers a small balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning sun. The larger balcony (18m²!) is south-facing and from here you can enjoy the sun from morning until late in the evening. Shade is provided by the large, wide awning.
There are tables and chairs on both balconies. In addition to the comfortable seating area, there are also two loungers on the large balcony. Cushions for the chairs and sunbeds are provided. From the balconies you have a wide view over meadows bordered by the typical local hedges. On the nearby paddocks you can often see horses.

Outside amenities: 2 balconies, balcony furniture, loungers, electric grill, car parking space, handcart, covered space for bikes
Additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, WLAN, high chair, children's travel bed with separate mattress, underfloor heating
Gemütlicher Wohnbereich
The living area is south-facing and extends over the full width of the house.
Two comfortable seating areas offer ample space to relax.
One seating area faces the large marble fireplace. During cooler seasons you can watch the flames play and enjoy the cosiness of the wood fire.
The 42" flat-screen TV with satellite connection is also located in this seating group. The reception of pay-TV programmes is possible if you bring along a module and unlocked card.
A Blu-Ray player allows watching your own DVDs. We can also provide a small selection of family friendly films. The internet radio offers a variety of radio stations, including a selection of your home radio stations.
The second seating area is facing the bookcase. Here you can enjoy the cosiness, whether you are relaxing with your partner or family or reading an exciting book.
A small desk offers space to use your laptop or tablet via the HOTSPOT to keep in touch with family and friends, write postcards or make phone calls.
A large wall of books invites you to browse. If you are a keen (German language) reader, you will almost certainly find what you are looking for here.
The dining area in front of the large, glazed, double-wing door to the large balcony is located in the middle of the living area under a light-flooded area which is open to the top of the roof and offers wonderful views of meadows and hedges.
Sleeping close to the beach
The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with separate mattresses, which together with the adjustable slatted frames provide for a restful sleep. Protective covers on the mattresses and pillows ensure maximum sleeping comfort and hygiene.
A vast wardrobe offers space for all the clothes you have brought with you.
Children
The child bedroom is located in the loft and is accessed via a wooden staircase, which blends in wonderfully with the cosy overall appearance of the spacious living area. The comfortable child bedroom has a 90 x 200 cm bed.
The window can be almost completely darkened.
Toys and a box with many Legos invite creative play.
The loft hosts a further bedroom for a child or teenager.
A flat-screen TV in this loft bedroom (with pre-programmed TV channels, including for children) can fulfil a child's holiday dream. A DVD player is also available for the favourite DVD that you bring along.
This loft bedrooms are intended for children from 6 years of age because of the staircase. Particular caution is advised when small children get up at night.
Kitchen
The open kitchen of the "Oberdeck" apartment is cleverly connected to the living area and is barely visible from there. A small dining table with two chairs in the kitchen area invites to have your snacks or a quick breakfast.

The utility room is immediately adjacent to the kitchen. Here you will find

The storage space (utility room) allows you to store food and other items within easy reach. This is also where you find a vacuum cleaner and other useful household utensils and where we keep the cushions for the balcony furniture.
