Close to the beach and away from the hustle at the same time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our holiday home \"Querab\" <\/strong>in Sch\u00f6nberger Strand <\/strong> is located 350m from the beach, very close to the \"Seebr\u00fccke\" pier <\/strong>and the museum railway <\/strong>. The ideal base for your holiday with your family or partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our house combines two separate, comfortably equipped and especially tastefully furnished holiday apartments (each ca 75sqm, 2 bedrooms, lounge\/dining room with wood stove, kitchen, WC\/shower).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two apartments can also be combined to the perfect holiday home<\/strong> for the extended family or two families spending their holiday together. Just contact us if you want to rent the whole house.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Apartment \"Hauptdeck\" with its own garden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The holiday apartment \u201cHauptdeck<\/a><\/strong>\u201d befindet sich in der unteren Ebene. Man gelangt von dort \u00fcber breite T\u00fcren auf zwei gro\u00dfe, miteinander verbundene Terrassen. Diese sind teilweise durch die zwei gro\u00dfen Balkone der dar\u00fcber liegenden Ferienwohnung „Oberdeck“  \u00fcberdacht. Aus dem Wohnbereich der Wohnung „Hauptdeck“<\/strong> \u201cHauptdeck\u201d you have a free view of the secluded garden. The garden and the lawn invite children to play and are for exclusive use of our guests in the \u201cHauptdeck\u201d apartment . Hedges and fences protect the garden from the prying eyes of passers by.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Apartment \"Oberdeck\" with south-facing balcony<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The apartment \u201dOberdeck<\/a><\/strong>\u201d im Obergeschoss gew\u00e4hrt einen unverbauten, weiten Blick ins Gr\u00fcne und auf das Lanschaftsschutzgebiet. Der gro\u00dfe S\u00fcd-Balkon der Ferienwohnung „Oberdeck“ l\u00e4sst sich mit einer weit ausladenden Markise beschatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The \u201eOberdeck\u201c apartment is cleverly designed, open on the one hand and at the same time with niches to retreat and enjoy a book or a glass of wine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

As much sun as possible<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will find a sunny or shady place in both apartments from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy breakfast as the morning sun rises or dinner as the sun sets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garden furniture and cushions are in generous supply for both apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With parking space for your car<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The driveway of the house offers one parking space <\/strong>for each apartment. Additional parking spaces are available in the road outside the house.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Parking spaces for your bikes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We also offer covered spaces to park your own bicycles<\/strong>. On prior request our guests can use the garage<\/strong> next to the house to park bicycles. Guests in the \u201cHauptdeck\u201d apartment (ground floor) will additionally find a covered area behind the house (access via a lockable garden door).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smoke free and pet free<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With consideration for children and other guests, we like to keep the holiday home smoke-free<\/strong>. Pets <\/strong>are also not allowed <\/strong>in our apartments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
